What foods can I eat to keep a high energy level?

I find myself running out of energy each day during the following times:
wakeup
1 orange
30 g ON whey protein
4 eggs
1 cup oatmeal

LOW ENERGY 90 minutes later

chicken breast
Veggies
1 tblsp olive oil

LOW ENERGY 2 hours later

oatmeal
fat free yogurt

go lift - tons o energy
drink protein and corn sugar mix during and after workout

eat pasta, chicken and good, healthy post-workout meal

I keep a container w/ 6oz of mixed nuts, this keeps me going between meals for the entire day.

This might sound crazy but if I drink plenty of water throughout the day I seem to have energy.`

me too wit about a gallon a day im really energetic

maybe allergy to something is causing it
