I weigh 144, i bench 150, deadlift 150

trying to eat around 2800cals, 25% fats and protiens, 50% carbs. My weight is goin up finally.

im eating the right amount of fats and protiens for my lean body mass, so i dont know why i'd have to eat more. my weight is goin up!
