Here. I was actually gonna try moving this post from my journal, but it's not possible. This is the best I can do.

I'm tired after my workout so this is going to be brief. I lost a tiny bit from last week, but not much. I'm 10.75% by calipers and 11.5% by mirror. My weight was about 167.5, good day.

It be leg day, homeslice. It's been four weeks so I can officially start calling things PR's.

45 leg press : 1ppsx8, 3ppsx5, 4p+25psx8, 4p+25psx4
I felt a little pull on my inner left thigh. I stretched a bit and it went away. PR (+3 reps)

lying calf-raise : 100x8, 170x8x8[out]x8[neutral]x8
[i]These were easy...PR.

leg extension : 135x8, 135x8
Wow, these were way easier this week. Ace. PR(+5) for this machine.

hack calf-raise: 295x8, 295x8
PR (+30lbs). It sucked racking and reracking though.

lying hamstring curl : 75x8, 80x8
Um, another PR (+10), ace!

hyperextensions : 30x8, 30x8
These tensed my back up nice and good...hyuck hyuck! Sure they did! PR (+5lbs)

crunch machine: 100x8, 105x8, 110x8
Based on the difficulty of 100 last week I started there. Wow, much nicer! PR (+20)

I'm not sure what got into me today. I was tired, but everything felt way easier than last week. Happy to see some PR's. I enjoy doing my leg day at work. I feel better in the afternoon. But, unfortunately, my legs are still weak compared everthing/everyone else...even girls. So I need to fix that.

Happy May Day UK. Happy Battle of Puebla Day Mexico.

It appears as though I refed my way into a cavity. I did a two day refeed extravaganza with tons of dextrose and sugary goodness. Not enough protein though. I brushed my teeth a few times over each day but it wasn't enough, I guess. I know have a lil pain in my left molar. ****ing diets.

Before I went to bed last night I re-read half of Master of Hand Strength. I am trying to recapture my zeal for working on grip. I am going to add a grip day or two in and try to close the #2 CoC. I had it down to about a half an inch at one point. Now, I bet I couldn't break parallel.

Helping my best friend move in this weekend did two things.
1. Make my back sore
2. Make me realize how much I really really really hate his girlfriend.

http://www.hollowmedia.com/images/box.jpg Mastication and Deglutition
Refeed should have done the trick.

I'm considering starting a new diet this coming week. Not sure yet though. Blood&Iron was doing the same thing and it's the one Lyle McDonald put together for optimal fat loss/muscle gain conditions. I figure I can give it a try for about a month and see if I notice any positive changes. If *anything* I bet that the change will stir things up enough to make my body ask wtf is going on.

Warning : Here is where I reveal how bad I suck at bodybuilding
I decided to scroll back through my journal and read a bit from when I first started. I checked an entry from 09.27.2002, which was roughly seven months ago. I weighed 157.5 and had a bodyfat of 10.12%.
Today I am 167 and have a bodyfat of 10.75%. Roughly 10lbs heavier. It took me seven ****ing months to put on 10lbs of mass? What the ****? I'm either doing everything completely wrong or I have terrible genetics. I should change my username to suckybldr.

So now I am sitting here trying to figure out where I went wrong. I really don't know. I started my bulk in November and stopped around February. I went up from 155 to about 185 (most of which was water from carbs and GI) and after all was said and done (gastric emptying) I ended up putting on 20lbs and 6% fat. That works out to 8lbs of LBM and 12lbs of fat. Nice ****ing bulk <spit>.

What I can't complain about is that my arms were 12.5" at 155 and they are 15" at 165. My legs were 21" and they are now 24-24.5". So I did put on some size, somewhere.

The moral of this story is: Don't listen to any advice I give. Don't do what I do. Don't even read my journal for I may infect you with my inane, inaccurate, and ineffective methods and ideas.

You put on 10 lbs of mass and maintained the same body fat percentage, so STFU. You, sir, are a crybaby.

Mik
05-05-2003, 12:19 PM
I'd be interested to see your proposed diet G.

I wouldn't get too down on yourself. I think you had a successful bulk. Just look at the arm and wheel numbers. I'd say that went well plus you've gotten alot stronger.

WillKuenzel
05-05-2003, 12:26 PM
Let's take a look at this...

You gained 10LBM in 7 months.

*HY goes to his journal*

In eight months I have gained lets see...

Oh yeah, here it is... 7lbs.

I started my journal in October. I weighed 195. I weight 202 now. I have even a little bit higher percentage of bodyfat now than I did then. Tell you what...

piss off crybaby.

I'm not crying. I'm just pissed. I should've done way better for my initial 7 months back into it. It's not so bad for you guys because you're >200lbs. I'm about 40lbs less than the both of you. HomeY- You are even lower in bf than me and you are an easy 35lbs over me. I bet if tomorrow you woke up at 165 you wouldn't be too thrilled. We'd see who was crying then! YOU!

Rookie, you have old balls. You're just lucky you're not in a wheel-chair with a broken hip ;)

LOL, you want some crackers and cheese to go with that whine. :p

The point was the change numb nuts. Ya pessimistic freak! Its just a little under .5lbs of LBM per week. You can't really complain about that. Trying to gain even 1lb per week normally includes a pretty good dose of bodyfat to go along with it.

If anything I'm the one who should be pissed because at this rate you'll have caught up to me size wise within a year and strength wise less than that.

Don't make me come up there and hurt you while I still can!

http://www.hollowmedia.com/images/yourestupid.gifhttp://www.hollowmedia.com/images/yourestupid.gif

Since you're bad at math, I'll outline the next year at this pace ;)

7 months ~= 30 weeks (7 * 30 days / 7 days per week )
10lbs / 30 weeks = .3lbs

52 weeks per year * 0.3lbs per week = 15.6lbs
167 + 15.6lbs = 182.6lbs

Assuming you don't change at ALL this year (suresure):
202lbs - 182.6lbs ~= 20lbs

If you maintained this entire year you'd still be 20lbs heavier than me. st00p1d!!!!

--------------

With that said, I'm here to make things hard on myself so I either give up or become even more strict. I appreciate your support though. I plan on being as strict as possible. There are certain aspects of my body that have become focus points and cause me to get pissed. I think I would be happy if I was this size/bf if everything was in proportion. But, I'm not, so this means I have to go to greater lengths. I would jump up and down if I could retain your size and bodyfat while eating all the crap you do! You just don't see how lucky you are ;)

WillKuenzel

synopsis : My energy levels were horrid so I skipped some of the volume.

bench press : 45x5, 135x5, 175x3, 200x6, 185x6
The 200 was so slow it looked like I was riding Ellington Darden's nuts. I figured my glycogen would be restored from the weekend, therefor I'd have loads of power. I guess you can't combat lethargy.

incline db bench press : 70x4, 60x8
Jesus ****ing christ. The first set sucked ass. The second one was with weak-ass weight, so of course it was easy.

May as well burn it out.

I'm super super super excited about my change in diet/routine coming up this week. The only problem is, to avoid any issues with the law, I need to keep my journal a bit less informational. That's cool though, because it will leave much more room for ENTERTAINMENT!

I'll give up a small amount of information on the plan. First, there are four workouts a week. I will post one of my workouts, which will be a full body workout. That way, you can still gauge my progress, if you care. Second, the diet involves a major refeed once a week. Lastly, I will be a miserable **** almost daily (which means I can bitch about stuff and you can tell me to stfu, like usual).

Sounds like fun, eh? Essentially, it's a modified CKD, but as Wesley Willis would say, it's "To tha max!"

Just keep in mind, you will all be /pwn3d.

When did Lyle go into law enforcement?

I don't think he has any legal means to do anything to you. He'd just be pissed off at you and lay some verbal smackdown on your a*s.

Actually, that'd be pretty entertaining.

I'm no lawyer, but I've always been under the assumption that a copyright only protects the verbatim contents of a text, NOT the subject matter/ideas. So, as long as you aren't posting quotes from the text, I'd think, legally, you'd be safe. Plus, I doubt it's even copyrighted yet since I don't think he's finished the text.

It'd be unbelievably uncool, though.
[BTW, just to clarify for folks and in case Lyle happens to read this: Galileo didn't get the diet from me.]

If I was him, I wouldn't have shared it with anyone. But then, I think he's doing so mostly to generate buzz. Personally, I think the 'testing' thing is a front. Or it was by the time I got my hands on it. But he's gotta drum up interest somehow.

He's still really cool for sharing it with folks.

One month test: It's not a matter of evaluating worth as much as evaluating whether I puke/pass out/die or any fall victim to any other undesirable effect. Plus, with fat loss, if you haven't lost in the first month, you're not going to magically start losing later.

If the structure of the diet and workouts are great, then instead of copyrighting maybe patenting the idea would be even better. ( I too am no lawyer so I may be wrong here. )

Galileo, I'm with you, based on the little that I've heard about the program, you should see results in the first month. Good luck with it.

I am doing a light back day so I am not miserable for my workouts next week.

cybex rear delt/row : 65x8, [wide pronated] 115x8, 115x8, [neutral] 115x8
These were easier than last week, but still meh.

cybex lat pulldown : [wide pronated] 80x8, 90x8 [shoulder supinated] 80x3(quick change)100x5
I feel weak.

incline dumbbell curls : 35x8:8, 35x6:6
Meh.

olympic easybar curls : 90x6
I was dead tired at this set, so I stopped. I didn't swing my back at all though at least.

I always feel weaker on my back days at the work gym. The machines are kinda nice, but it just feels off. Overall my lifts were better than last week, but still not anything to write home about.

Here is today's update.
Not much to say. I was way lean this morning, even after I ate 4 slices of pizza and 1 liter of coke last night. I think I am going to start my new plan on saturday. I'm trying to figure out what looks the best for my schedule. Anyhow, my ab pinches finally dropped below the 15 mark. I didn't change anything in my diet that I can account for, so maybe I refed well this last weekend. Two days must be what I needed. Or maybe just more carbs in one day, since I can never suck enough down.

Anyhow, I'm busy as **** and tired. p34c3.

Alright, this is my final measurement before my new diet starts. Are you excited? Me too.

bodyweight : 168lbs (+1)
abdominal : 14.5mm (-1.5)
chest : 5.5mm (-.5)
quad : 16mm (0)
lbm : 150.97lbs
fm : 17.03lbs
bodyfat : 10.1345898323083%

Goals [calculated on current stats]
bodyweight : 164.102053349698lbs
bodyfat : 8%

So there you have it. Since my cut started I managed to change my numbers by +3.14lbs lbm and -11.14lbs fat over 11 weeks. OK OK, I'll stop bitching now. This cut was somewhat successful. I'm not really convinced that I put on any mass (like 3lbs is detectable though...), but I'm doing a good job of keeping my weight steady while losing minor amounts of fat during the week for whatever that's worth.

...but things still must change! I am still going forward with my new approach. The diet will include enough of a deficit for me to lose 1lb a week. Since it appears I have 4lbs to go to reach my goal, maybe this month I'll be teh winnar. If not, I can probably switch back to my diet and have decent results. I have nearly an equal amount of time left to go to accomplish my goals. If I can get this far, I'm sure I can hit the levels I desire. I can't even believe it's been 11 weeks.

Took about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete this ****ing **** **** ass ****ing **** **** workout ****. I thought I was going to puke on after at least 10 of my sets. Thank God for second winds, because otherwise I would've been laying in a pool of sweat and vomit after 30 minutes.

The blessing came during the last group. Everything felt like I had started over again. So I through in a few extra sets of 15.

Lessons Learned :
1. Open a ****ing window when you workout you stupid ****ing idiot. You're going to get ****ing heat stroke.
2. Drink more ****ing water. That sipping **** didn't make you feel any better.

Yup. I did this because I can handle today and tomorrow better at home and I have a leg press at work for what you'd do on saturday (me on thursday). I will split that day in 2. Morning will be legs/back/bis and night will be chest/shoulders/tris.

Why?

Granted, my workouts did tend to run to 1.5 - 2 hours, but they were damn fun, and given the specifics of the workout I don't think it's a huge issue.

Doing the 'Thursday' workout as full-body often made me nauseated, but doing full-body on the 'Saturday' one was never a problem. Just 1.5 hours of pure fun.

My apartment isn't too expensive. It's a new build but in a crappy redneck town. My girlfriend lives with me now so her mom throws me a few hundred sometimes which makes things a lot easier. We have 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. So the second bedroom is my computer/weight room. :)

or get lithium batteries
my digital camera used to eat up batteries for an appitizer
my dad got me lithium batteries and man.. they are great
the battery icon is still at 3/3
if i used normal batteries, i would have gone through at least 20 by now (it takes 4)

my rechargeable batteries are the worst. they are from radio shack.. i would recharge them all night and everything.. and then they would work in my cd player for 30 minutes and then quit on me. if you are gonna get those, make sure you get some references from some people that already have them.. you wouldnt want to waste your money and start from square one!

5. Carb up on Saturday (refeed).
6. Back to low cals on Sunday.

I hope this is just temporary and you're not completely pussying out on the Lyle diet.

My current diet incorporates some of the same things as Lyle's (most of which I had in place before I even saw the diet) without being quite as extreme. Maybe you could give something similar a shot. It actually seems to be working pretty well.

I cant believe Lyle has been making you puke. Thats tizotally nizluts.

Also..ummm....when you take fish oil in the morning, do you constantly burp all day and taste fish oil? I took it one day and for whatever the health benefits may be its not worth the constant burping. I burped constantly for at least 12 hours and every time I tasted this nasty ass rancid fish.

Nasty.

galileo
05-15-2003, 11:57 AM
Again, I don't think it was the diet that made me puke. As a doctor friend told me, hypoglycemia and the like should be reverted within minutes of carb ingestion. I still feel pukey and weak today every after refeeding since tuesday night. I'm going to have to go with "the flu" on this one.

I take it in the morning and out of the few days I've taken it only one day did I think my burping was a bit more frequent. It's no worse than flaxseed oil, really. Flaxseed oil sucks ass though, so yeah...

I've come up with most of my new diet and new routine for the end of my diet. I will use a four day split that will look roughly like the following...

1: bench press, incline dumbbell press, slight incline dumbbell flyes, close-grip bench press
2: neutral chinups, deadlifts, one arm dumbbell rows, bent over barbell rows, incline dumbbell curls
3: leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, calf-raises, abdominal machine, hyper extensions
4: lateral raises, rear delt raises, shrugs, plate pinches, plate curls, strap holds

It's not finalized, but this will be my base. I may swap cg bench with dips at some point. My front delts get plenty of work from the bench press and inc db press, so I think I can neglect them for now.

A cartoon for the day will come shortly!

http://www.hollowmedia.com/images/rbox.jpg Mastication and Deglutition
I've come up with most of my new diet. I have to go to the store tonight to get some more stuff though. I started on some metformin at 850mg this week and I will up it to 1700 next week. I am lowering the calories to about 1700 and I'm going to be manipulating my workout/non-workout diets differently so the insulin spike is in a more favorable environment. My workout day split will be 15/35/50 and my non-workout split will be 25/25/50. It seems like a good idea to me, heh. Also, I am going to try to split my meals up to 8/day if possible. Yesterday I had the most suck-ass workout ever. Before I started I made myself my pre/during workout drink. I didn't have any clean bottles so I took the bottle I used on Friday and rinsed it well, dried it and filled it up. Guess what folks? THAT DOESN'T CLEAN THE **** OUT OF THE BOTTLE. Whey is next to impossible to get out of anything. My entire dishwasher *still* smells after 3 washings with an old whey bottle I put in it. All of my dishes smell and I am super pissed. Anyhow, back to yesterday; I started drinking the shake and my stomach churned a bit. I got rather ill about midway through and stopped a few of my exercises short. So, instead of a post-workout shake, I went to Friday's for my friend's birthday and had Sesame Jack Chicken Strips. My calories for the day came out about even.

I decided to do a bodyfat check this morning. I was pleased!
chest : 5mm, 4.5mm, 5mm
abdominal : 14mm, 14mm, 14mm
quad : 16mm, 17mm, 16mm
weight : 168lbs
bodyfat : 9.67-10.13%

I'm fine with this. My ab measurement is quite consistent now and it's becoming a much tighter pinch. My quads are still holding more fat than I'd like, but it's part of my curse. I still don't look 10%, according to what I think 10% should look like, but I need a tan and a few more weeks before I can decide.

I got busy at work yesterday so I couldn't finish my cartoon. I'll give it my best shot for today though.

I'm giving an 8 meal plan a shot for a while. Maybe if I eat like a bodybuilder I'll look like one. Well, at least a tiny one. I think the m is working for me.

I know my new meal plan looks pretty boring, but as I think of new combinations I will switch it around a bit. I don't want to take in too much whey. There are studies showing it isn't anti-catabolic due to the length of time it stays in your system. Although, I doubt this matters that much when you consume food every two hours. I am going to drop to one yogurt next week and switch it out for something else. The yogurt I use has sucralose instead of sugar so the true net carbs are far lower than it displays. I also want to put some almonds in for breakfast instead of the fish oil. Too much fish oil...

For yesterday's workout:

weighted neutral chins : +0x8, +10x8, +15x8
I made sure not to touch the ground on any rep and I also made certain that I extended my arms to almost straight. I didn't let the tension come off of the bi's at the end, but I lowered as much as possible. It winded me more than it strained the muscles, but it was good to do. I think I was using too much English before and I'd rather start over and get more clean reps.

db rows : 112x8:8, 92x8:8
This is where the shake hit me. I felt quite ill and drained of energy. I lowered the weight and finished up these and decided to end it short.

incline db curls : 25x8:8, 25x8:8
I didn't feel like changing the weight on my dumbbells so I used what was on them. It wasn't enough.

I didn't throw up, but it was very close. I was disappointed in the workout in general, but what the **** ever.

Today I do some HIIT cardio.

Do you not have a shaker or something? Something you can clean out easier than a bottle? Mine stays clean and no worries for me. Lots of hot water and plenty of dish soap. Lots of scrubbing and a bubbley bub bub. :)

An extra meal sounds like a good idea.

*and Honkey, what bands are you going to see on Memorial Day?

galileo
05-20-2003, 12:14 PM
I did have a shaker, but I didn't clean it for a while and that is what ****ed up my dishwasher. I need to manually wash every****ingthing now. I can't believe a single shaker with 1/16" of whey in it could do so much damage.

The extra meals should be good. It'll keep my metabolism humming. Well, at least I think it will.

On that note, I've opted to discountinue my ephedra/caffeine this week. I'm having chest pains and I'm not sure if it is my heart, gas pockets, or something mysterious. So, yeah, the extra meals better make up for it. Damnit.

It's called X-Fest and it will be Godsmack, Staind, The Used, COLD, Taproot, Seether, Evanescence, The Juliana Theory, Trapt, The Donnas, Smile Empty Soul, Breaking Benjamin, 12 Stones, and some more that are yet to be announced.

Primarily: The Used, Taproot, COLD, and Evanescence.
Secondarily: The Juliana Theory (just because they are local), Staind (I don't love them, but meh), mebbe Seether.

All I know about 12 Stones is that the singer is the annoying dude in the background of the Evanescence CD. I've not heard Smile Empty Soul or Breaking Benjamin.

The others....meh.

Breaking Benjamin are really good. They put on a great show when they played a small venue here. Probably better than Saliva, whom they opened for.

Seether has a great song called "F*ck It". They have a quite a few others but that one is my favorite by them.

I still haven't seen COLD live yet. Do you have their new album? I need to go pick it up.

I didn't update yesterday because I was ill and miserable. I hate junky food all day and felt good about it. The Dairy Queen blizzard felt amazing on my sore throat. I've had a ****ty month as far as health is concerned. I'm not "sickly" or anything, but there is a reason I get ill more often than most. I've had some reconstructive surgery to my sinus area and it tends to turn the changing seasons into "galileo bane."

I must've slept funny last night because my lower back is hurting a little today. Oh well, it has been a while since I've been to the chiropractor, I may as well venture out this evening.

I opened my new bag of optimum whey protein today and it smells different. It had a better chocolate aroma and after tasting it I noticed the flavor was a bit better. I packed my lunch without any real thought today and I don't think I'm going to successfully hit the numbers I wanted.

Let's start off with a little background. I joined this group for a few weeks and they essentially ****ed me over. I wasted loads of time and gas driving back and forth everyday to practice to try to play these shows and their old singer asked to come back and the guitar player (who is the shadiest mother****er I've ever met) agreed. There was a lot more happening there, between the lines, but I won't bore you with the lame details. Essentially, I ended up beating the piss out of the guitar player after he accosted me one day.

Well, one of my best friends decides it would be cool to go play guitar with this band. This is wrong on a multitude of levels. First, he used to talk **** on everyone in the band. Non-stop ****. Second, these low-life bastards really ****ed me over and he's going to go play music with them? To me that is treason to a high degree. I'm very stressed out about the whole thing right now and I don't really know how to handle it. If he valued my friendship in anyway he wouldn't even consider such a thing. But to top it all off, him and I were starting a band. So now I'm back to square one with that too.

The final thing that makes this teh suck: He hasn't told me yet. It's been 3 weeks and he hasn't mentioned it at all. He's hidden it from me and he lied to someone else when they asked because I was standing next to him. Does he really think I'm that stupid? His girlfriend is, consequentially, the stupidest person I've ever met and she has already let it slip. Apparently this worries him a great deal because he's making it a point to keep it ultra-secret. He spent a half-hour on the phone with my girlfriend last night trying to defend himself and his motives. My girlfriend opted to keep up with the fallacy that I wasn't aware so he will have the chance to tell me himself.

I've learned a lot about my status this year. I'm apparently a lot of things to my friends that I never knew. I was told I was intimidating physically and intellectually, I am a stronger person[emotionally] than any of them, and therefore I am the one who gets left with most of their burdens. If someone does something to **** me or someone I care about, I let them know. I feel everyone should be accountable for their actions and words, but obviously no one else feels the same. If and when I call someone on something they always get really upset and think I'm the asshole. Meanwhile, I'm the only one in the whole damn group that hasn't done something to royally **** my friends over. You're probably thinking, "Why don't you get new friends?" Well it isn't that easy, ****hole! The only other things I have are work and working out. Neither provide a means.

So, I get to be the eternal bad guy, the one who is lied to, the one who has things hidden from him, and the one who gets **** on the most. If this is the benefit of being a strong person, then I'm not so sure I knew what I was applying for...

I'm making an attempt to not hang out for a while. I'm going to start playing guitar more often and maybe I'll find some solace in writing music for myself again.

You know, that all sounds strangely familiar. Especially the part about making new friends and being screwed out of a band. It seems that that straight up, dependable nice guys always finish last whether its in a relationship or friendship. Just solidifies by hatred in man even more. :)

Anyway, as pissy as it is. We just go about our business trying to get better. Hope your sinuses get to feeling better. I'm blessed enough not to have problems like that but I'm frequented by massive nose bleeds during these seasons.

Legs...

45 leg press : 1ppsx8, 3ppsx5, 5ppsx8, 5ppsx8
No trouble until the last rep of the last set. (+40lbs +3reps) Psst...FINALLY! 5pps! After 5 grueling workouts, ahhh!

lying calf-raise : 100x8, 175x8x5x5x5x5
I took 15 seconds between each set of 5 after my first 8. I am trying something slightly different for calves (+5lbs).

leg extension : 140x8, 140x8
I enjoyed these immensely (+5lbs).

lying hamstring curl : 85x8, 85x8
No problem (+5lbs).

hyperextensions : +25x8, +25x8
I opted to drop back to 25 today because my lower back is a little touchy.

supported knee raises +0x10, +0x10
I didn't know we had the arm supports to do these. They were actually somewhat difficult. My abs burned at rep 10.

crunch machine: 115x0, 110x1
Um, what happened? Either the knee raises or the way the machine was positioned must've happened. I stopped because my abs already hurt.

Now, where the **** have Tryska, carolinagirl, piddles, Pup, and JohnCollins been? They post like madpeople then leave me? Did I do something wrong? WHYYYYYY!!?!?!?

:D :D :D I'm still no. 1.

Although, considering the number of posts that you have made to my journal vs the number that I have made to your journal, maybe I need to re-think the number of times I post here. ;)

rookie [one] : I'll /pwn you. It is my mission. I'm glad you enjoyed the cartoon! I just used the pictures you sent me as a muse for my piece of art. The beard is sooo cool.

lina g :  *rubs eyes* h...h...heath? Is that you? Oh my ACKSHMEE, I thought you were dead! I'm so glad to see you back!

heathj : I know, but I thought for a second that I was reading a thread on politics or religion in general chat...turns out it was meh journal. Isn't it odd to have 2 heaths posting here, one being male and one being female? ODD.

Anyhow, thanks for the compliment. My stomach is showing nearly a four-pack, but I still have some work to do. Keep my eyes on teh prize!

rookie [two] : I don't post that often because I have a real job where I don't spend my hours in meetings or on WBB, rather I spend them doing WORK. You remember work, right? That thing where you do stuff for your company? A sci-fi like concept, I know...but you'll get it!

So, given my standing, does that mean I work super hard at the office?
