He was at the Arnold a couple of years ago and is absolutely ridiculous. Crazy huge and vascular.
He owns a supplement store in Fayetteville, NC, for anyone in that area and is a former U.S. Airborne, if I remember correctly.

That guy is f**king huge, no doubt about, possibly the biggest bodybuilder in the world, but I've seen bodybuilders that are much shorter, but seem a lot more massive than that guy. Surprisingly, I've seen guys that are ridiculosly huge, even bigger than Ronnie, Cutler or Ruhl, on myspace, guys that are 5'7'' about 300lbs of muscle, ripped, with 24+ '' arms, 33+'' legs and some mind blowing proportions...and these guys don't even compete! I don't get it, first, I would like to know: 1) How did they get that big? 2) How come they don't compete?

Manfred Hoeberl was pretty close to his size back in the day, though. 6'5" 330 lbs and the biggest arms you've ever seen.

Ha! I would bet 10k +. I'm 153 lbs and I eat 3500 to 4k a day. He listerally more than twice my weight AND at a (much) lower bf%.

It depends on your veiw as "bigger". All around, pound for pound ronnie is still the biggest bodybuilder ever. I think yates was probably bigger slightly or they were dead even.
Markus Ruhl though dwarfs ronnies chest/arms so if you were focusing more on symmetry I guess you could make the argument that he is bigger. This 6'6 guy could be "bigger" since hes much taller then ronnie.....same with lou ferringo, arnold and gunter.
There are always different kinds of big. Big chest, big muscles, tall big, fat big, all around big.
IMO I think markus would give anyone a run for their money, I'm surprised he hasent done better.

Maybe posing but I don't see how his conditioning is bad. From what I've seen hes just as ripped as jay or ronnie.
Markus, IMO needs/should get his back up to par.

Seriously, psh. I'll bet if he moved to regular bench from the Smith he could only get 4 pps, not 7 or 8 like he's doing. ;)
Alright, what's with the pants? I'll bite - I've seen a number of reeeediculous lifter guys in these awful looking striped sweat pants. Is this some brand of 80's lifting apparel that caters to the anabolic crowd?

they're baggy as all hell, so most large body builders can fit into them. most bbers aren't worried about style points most of the time, they're just trying to find clothes that fit! and who's gunna say anything to him anyways? lol

I know a lot of you won't agree with me but there's such a thing as too much muscle. The way he moves he reminds me of one of those really fat americans who have to be crane-lifted out of their house to get to the hospital.

ruhl has a problem with his cut, and major symmetry problems, He almost never comes in to contest quite dialed in as they say, he's always a bit off. You have to give it to other guys who do dial in that's the par that's set.

Indeed, a lot of the BB crowd on myspace also seems to cater to homo-fetishes. Not that there is a problem with being homosexual, I just find it weird.
A few of the local BJJ schools have been getting swamped by gay men also, seems wrassslin' is a good Poop Chute Pimp sport.
