I'm bulking at the moment, so I'm not really tracking calories too rigorously. However, whe nit comes to cutting time, I need to knoww hat clories to cut on, but I haven't tracked this for a while. On my previous cut I cut on 2600 calories but didn't lose enough bodyfat, so would it be right to presume 2300 would be a good place to start from this time? Cheers.

If you're bulking, you may need to take into account that by having more body mass, your maintenance might have gone up by this point. Having more muscle means having to eat more calories to support it.

If you didn't lose weight at 2600, yes, it would've been correct to reduce cals a couple hundred or something until you would lose weight.
