Hello, after a lot of research and trial and error I am going to try the 40%, 40%, 20% diet.

1) 3384 Calories
338 Protein, 338 Carbs, 75 Grams of fat

2) Westside Training Program Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat

3) Cardio 8-12 hours after workout 30-45 mins (3-4 times per week)

4) Supplements
Simple Protein (2 scoops four times a day)
Cell Tech
Gluatamine
Mult-vitamin
Joint Support
ECA stack

5) Okay my questions are, is that too much protein if I weigh 181 lbs and 5'6 in height? Is that too much protein going to hurt my kidneys or anything of that nature? Please give me your info, I am a powerlifting looking to add strength to my program.

Thanks for everything, I just want to make sure that I have everything correct.....

It's probably more than you need, but it won't hurt you.

Simple, just drop the 2 scoops from 4 times a day down to 1-2 times a day.

You reaky don;t need more than 3k cals a day man, but go for it.

sounds like a great bulking diet in terms of how you break it down sounds something like i would do to bulk, just use complex carbs this should work great for you, just cut back on the cardio to 10-20 min sessions.
