Ok so I have been trying to get big! i have gained like almost 20 pounds in the last 9 months or so. I weigh 180 now and am 6'3'', But I'm doen collegiate Crew (just started a month or so ago) extreamly cardiol'y intensive, yesterday i burned 2090 caloires ( we had to bike for 2 hours) and thats not including lifting. Most days we probly only burn about 800-1200 calories, But what im wondering is if I should continue lifiting, because i dont want my body to be in a catobotic (losing mass) stage. Because then lifting would be detremental to my strength. I try to eat as much as i can, but i really dont think that i can eat an extra 2k cal's a day.
