Has anyone used sesamin and what were your experiences? I just ordered some and almost everything I've read has been positive.

sesathin is good stuff. Better for a lean bulk, but some people see really good fat loss with it (especially at higher bodyfat levels).

I personally prefer sesapure caps, but sesathin is a good product (the first one I used)
