Im not sure what my funk has been but lately my lifts have been dropping drastically. At first it was slowly getting weaker eachworkout and I thought maybe I was overtraining, took 2 weeks off and only got weaker.

I figured my body was fighting back so lately ive been taking it light but now my bench is probably 405 and my squat 605 when before I was repping those. My muscle mass has increased because ive been changing my workout to fix these problems so my chest is bigger but its not worth sacrificing all my strength and Im not sure why its not bounching back up. Its dropping so fast im not even sure what weights to use when I lift.

Todays chest went something like
135x12
225x12
340x5
350x5
365x3

I couldnt do anymore my old workouts from 2 months ago looked as such
135x10
225x10
315x10
375x6
405x4
430-450x2

Its like the weight just feels so much heavier know and my body won't handle it, when I put weight on my back it feels heavier too. What the **** is going on? Im getting so frustrated I don't even want to go to the gym anymore.

you said you messed with sd before and now messing with halo. could be that

Well that would make some sense, I mean thats what it seems like.

Id compare it to comming off a cycle but Im not sure I ran super along time ago and now im trying to take halo to see if I can rebound my strength. The ONE thing I can think of is a while back I was stacking a few supplements which claimed to be legal steriods, I was lifting heavier before them and when I took them I got a little stronger and afterwords I just dropped.
http://www.bulking-cutting.com/Cycles.html I got it from there and after reading an article on T-Nation it basicly said stuff like this is just caffine and DHEA nothing really amazing so once I finished my bottle I didnt attempt anything for a pct besides a natural test booster figuring that I just burnt a bunch of money. Im not sure if its due to that but my strength just went down the drain and its not rebounding.

site doesnt work, my computer needs a lethal injection

If anything if it even shut down your test a little and you didnt really do a pct that could be the cause as your natural test isnt 100%

have u changed ur diet at all, changed the times of ur workouts, ur pre workout regimen? have u been rubbing on out/ getting laid before the gym? the last one has a huge effect on me lol, getting laid before the gym puts a real damper on my intensity.

Well I guess I should of mentioned it.

I dropped my calories by about 1000, but my weight hasnt dropped a bit.

I cut calories to try and attempt and cut and all those dropped is my strength, unless the scale is wrong. Ive become more defined but that could be due to my training change to high volume; havnt had enough time to really make a good judgement on it. But if my weight hasnt gone down then why has my strength. Thats why I didnt mention the calorie drop; also nah I havnt been rubbing one off or getting laid pre workout just for those reasons.

Im trying everything.

Those are ur most likely reasons right there. You drop your calories AND increase ur volume? seems like a recipe for lighter weight to me.

as others have mentioned those are sick numbers for your age. That is a strange drop in the poundages

Well let me clear it up, the reasons I increased volume was because for 4 weeks my numbers werent increasing so I figured I might as well take a break and try a different routine; I guessed that maybe it was plateau or something so I changed the routine up and took out a few exercises and added higher rep schemes to the remaining. I had this problem before the routine change, thats a result of it. As for the calorie thing, I can't understand why Im not dropping weight.

Im scared to trial and error, maybe eat like crazy for a week and see if it helps but this has really got me wondering about my body mechanics.

From jdeietys halodrol log I think jinkies said he bought the halodrol liquigel caps. They're not steroids. There's a difference between halodrol liquigels and halodrol-50 (which IS a steroid). It's just pure marketing that the liquigels are still called halodrol and come in almost identical packaging.

About a year ago I cut my calories down by about 1000 at the end of my bulk. My strength plummeted but my bodyweight stayed pretty much the same. It was infuriating. I think you should ease into your cut a lot more.

Also would need to see what you are eating...and when you are eating it relative to your workout.

You arent dropping weight because its either not enough (i.e. you need to go lower) or you've already had your metabolism slowed.

Pump up the calories.

Jinkies. I hope your not ****ing with the PSMF like this unless you're trying something else.

P.S. You know your metabolims slows after only 4 days....

Also. Do you want to lose weight or gain strength? After a while....you really can't do both.
