So I have been browsing the forums and different stickies trying to put together a good meal plan, diet is by far the hardest thing for me. Between classes and work its really hard to stick to it but I am going to try this time. Please critique and recommend anything to help me.

BTW I am trying to bulk

8am shake
1/2 cups oats
2 tblsp PB
2 scoops ON Whey
2 cups milk

10am protein bar, water

Chicken breast with pasta and cheese
shake-scoops Whey 1 cup milk

3pm workout Gatorade with creatine

2 scoops Whey with creatine
protein bar

6pm protein bar, water

meat with veggies
shake 2 scoops whey 1 cup milk

I drink water through out the day, I am a cashier at the grocery store so its hard to stop and eat something unless I am on break or lunch.

Also if anyone has any ideas for non lifting days as to what to eat that would be much appreciated, thanks a lot :bow: :help: :newbie:

Not too bad content-wise.

However, what are the total calories, grams of protein, carbs and fats?

That is the most important thing. You can have all the right foods but if you dont get enough of them, you wont gain any weight.
