View Full Version : does anyone low dose on supps?

after a month of no supps i have started back up with whey and creatine. But i'm trying something different. Opposite from going through a ton of containers of whey and creatine each month, and upset stomachs and the bloated look, i have gotten back on these supps at a really reduced rate.

An alternative healer was telling me that the body can only absorb and make use of so much of what we put into it. And i know you guys will say "our" bodies can handle a TON of whey and creatine.. But thats the generalization. Everyone is different. The makers of my supps wont make any money if i'm not flying through their product following their suggested consumption recommendations.

Anyway.. I'm taking 1 heaped Tablespoonful of Whey after my workouts and every morning... and 1 teaspoon of creatine everyday.

Its been about 2 weeks. No upset stomach! No sitting on the toiled for hours. And i still feel like they are working, in terms of recovery time and strength so far. Also it saves me a ton of money... lol.... and the supps last longer obviously.

Thats my 2 cents.... Flame away!:ninja:

Hey, it's still something. Sounds good to me.

I do that once in a while also. If I'm feeling full at night I just do 1/2 scoop of protein powder instead of a full scoop.

i only take 1 scoop in a day at most, if needed. i hate upset stomachs and bloating
