So Im eatting about 3100 a day. And I need to increase, Im eatting 90g fat, 260 g of protein and around 300-425g carbs a day. What should I increase more of to get more calories in my diet?

I weigh 172 and I need more for bulk.

Milk. Simple as that, assuming you're not lactose sensative.

None of this 8 litres a week stuff, either. Get in 12-16 litres. If you doubt, check my signature. Worked for me.

Eat more healthy fats. That's always the easiest way to get calories.

Bump up to about 100-110 g of fat a day? Does that sound about right for a 172?

That sounds good. Also have an extra high protein/fat meal before bed.

Maybe start getting whole milk instead of non fat?

Maybe start getting whole milk instead of non fat? That would help.

Yeh bump up the fat. 9 cals per gram. I do about 150g a day, but I don't eat that many carbs.

I have the same problem. It seems like I have to work twice as hard as everyone else to get half of their results.
