View Full Version : Sesamin / CLA for "dirty bulk"

Friends,

As of December 16, the short "holiday bulk" officially begins. I unfortunately will be dirty bulking during the hoilday season. (12/16 - 1/6) I am wondering about the science behind Sesamin and CLA and whether or not they would actually inhibit muscle gains during this short time period.

Sure fat gain is expected, but would I actually make better progress muscle wise to drop these two supplements?

If I did not partake in the "family food festivities" I would officially be kicked out of the family...! (LOL! My mother is an amazing cook by the way!)

So, should I drop the CLA and Sesamin to maximize muscle gain or keep it to drop the ahem, expected "excess" fat gain? Opinions, comments?

Are there any other supplements that you would take if you were diving head first into excess holiday eating?
