Ok when people are talking about "cutting" what kind of fat percentage are u looking to get at? because im seeing people with like 1500 Cals a day and people are complaining that they wont get cut because they are eating too much rice...
im 200lbs.. if i were around 12% body fat, i would consider myself pretty cut. And I dont see how i wont get there working out 4-5 days a week w/ cardio and a moderate diet.
When people say cut are we all talking about 6% bodyfat like the pro's? or are we all on a different level...??
