At the moment i currently eat 6 meals a day spaced out approx 3hrs between each. Starting at 07.30 10.30 13.00 16.00 18.30 21.00 plus at 23.30 before bed i have a micellar casein shake.
For my meal at 21.00 hrs i usually have just trained and need some food.I know its late what should i refrain from eating.I need carbs after i train dont i? or not. What about fat? and protein?
