Ok, its my third day of PSMF so far, I've been FitDaying my meals daily - (http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=idrockasupra). I try to keep Calories 800-1000 a day, 150-200Grms Protein a day, Fat and Carbs as low as possible..... My stats :

20y/o 6'2''
Starting weight - 265Lbs (Monday 12/4)
Starting BF -26%(According to those scales with the BF meters)

I weighed myself in the morning at 262, well find out tomorrow if its a real loss. I went to the Gym today did backs and biceps, going three times a week. Got a pretty good workout in, I was definitely maxing out alot earlier then I usually would, also anyone have input to using NO Explode while on PSMF ? 2 Multi V's and 6 Fish Oil's a day....I get about 60-75% of my protein from whey (ON 100% Chocolate). The rest either in egg whites, turkey, chicken etc. Red meat very sparingly.

This will e very interesting for me. Since im 6' 2" 275ish as well and started 3 days ago as well. On sunday actually. Im going for a 56 day cycle with 2 free meals a week and no refeeds. My diet proably isnt as clean as yours and wont be since i have to buy food at my school cafeteria with meal points. Im very curious to see how our results compare over the next 5 weeks

So its day 5, weigh in this morning at 260, went lifting yesterday. I also took one of my free meals last night and I ate a **** load and I'm still losing weight...PSMF is the shiznats.........

HolyWars damn dude where in NYC you at ? What school ? Im at pace university, downtown near the BK bridge. Your stats are almost the same as me, how's your progress so far ?

Pretty good man ****in I just wrote up my whole workout routine and **** and it all got ****in deleted....god damn bull****. Ummm...currently at about 255, I went on a 5 day crazy ass eating frenzy and ****ed it all up, been clean again now for about a week.That 5 day period I floated back up to 262 which kinda sucked.... People say I look like I'm losing weight but I dont believe that garbage...

My workouts are 4 days a week, pretty heavy, high intensity, low reps......calories are at a steady 1000 cals a day, No idea on fat but imma guess around 60grms, carbs about 30grms a day ( 60 on lifting days ), 200grms of protein.... I will update tomorrow with specifics....

Holywars hows your PSMF goin ? Throw some numbers at me man..... I need to know if this **** is goin to slow, might be my extra 200 cals a day or whatever. later.

woahhhh!!!! only 1000 caloreis no wonder you had a five day eating frenzy thats way to few calories id put your cut at 2000-2500 calories

i guess i dont know what pmsf is but i on 800-1000 calories a day there is amost no way you will be able to keep however much lbm you have

8.8....the basic concept of a PSMF diet is that you can put your body into ketosis and burn all the fat while keeping lmb, if you 1000 cals a day but still get 1grm of protein per lb, take essential oils ( fish oil ) and a multi v everyday, your body will eat off your fat stores instead of LBM....This works especially well for extremely overweight people.

I know a lot of bodybuilders before they do a show will do that for a short time cause your body adapts to the diet, and it doesn't know what to do when it's getting the most important nutrients(fat &protein)(atleast as far as living on)so it's getting the fat it needs to live & the protein to build/burn. You get real cranky at first though cause your brain/body is deprived of it's first choice of energy... so it improvises.

yes i have done that myself but not that few calories- and when i did it i was between 140-150 pounds not 265 like the origional poster

well, I must say that my body adapted VERY fast to the ketosis. I think that all those years fasting has finally done me some good ! Honestly, I dont really get any mood swings or anything like that but I do lose alot of energy at the end of the day.......

Most people dont. I'm one of the few board members that greatly approves of its use.

Hey man I have been off WBB because of finals the last 2 weeks. I went from 275 - 261 in exactly 3 weeks. Keep it up. On PSMF your fat will have no ****ing choice but to run away.

sweet **** man.........thats some impressive weight loss. Did you notice any drop in the gym weight wise ? It seems like I can do the same weight, even more sometimes, but less reps.

Todays Weigh In : 254
Total cals: 1200 (cheat day) about 180grms of protein

Went to the Gym yesterday, on Monday's I doLegs and Shoulders, Tuesday's are Back and Biceps, Wednesday - Chest and Triceps, and on Saturday's I do a full body workout, about 2 exercises per muscle group. Saturdays breakdown was something like this.

Squats 4x6
Calf Raises 3x10
Shrugs 4x10
OH DB Presses 4x6
Hammer Curls 3x8
BB Curls 3x10
Incline DB Bench 4x8
Bench Press 4x6
Machine Rows 3x8
Stiff Legged Dead Lifts 3x8
Tricep Push down 3x10
skull crushers 3x8

I was in the gym for a good two and a half hours. I will start posting approximate weights and whatnot starting next week. Been taking 2 multi v's and 6 fish oil caps daily....
