Hey everyone,
Im new to the forums and I have some questions about my diet and exercise..
first off i used to be very obese, i weighed 200 pounds at age 18. I am now 19 and went on a diet where I did a lot of cardio and ate healthy and now weigh 164. My friends say I am now thin as a rail. I still have a lot of fat in my chest area and a little bit of a stomach. I was wondering what is good to burn that fat off my chest. I really dont want big pecs just flat, a little sqaure and tone.
Also, I noticed I have a very low testosterone level. Are there any SAFE and HEALTHY vitamins that can help increase this? I dont really eat a lot of meat or fish (except a lot of tuna) which I heard can cause low testosterone. What should I eat to increase testosterone? oh and as for the vitamins i heard vitamin C will help increase testosterone. Is that true?
1 more thing.. Any tips on naturally speeding up the metabolism?
