NO-XPLODE NO2 LOG

Well people. There has been such debate about the long term benefit of no2 supplements i thought i would start a log if anyone is interested?

I took my first supplement last friday and did notice the difference immediately.I am training today so will post my workout after i train. From here we can keep track of any progression.

Feel free to comment or suggest anything.

what are you taking?
what is your hypothesis?
what dosing schedule?
in what proximity are you eating to dosing?
you should weigh yourself everyday, i'm curious to see if it aids in lbm

I am taking bsn no-xplode.
I take 3 servings 30 mins before training.
I take this on an empty stomach (2hrs after eating last)
I will weigh myself each morning to keep track of progress.

I will start my log tomorrow. 12th dec.

no xplode didnt do anything for me. the best workout i had was where i drank ~70g of dextrose w/ 5g of creatine with some caffeine about a half hour before my workout. most energized i have ever felt...

Sorry man but do you not think the lack of response indicates that no-one really cares or respects NO2 supplements around here. I dont think anyone is really bothered.. sorry.

Seriously, BSNs marketing must be sooooooooo good. EVERYBODY has heard of NO-Xplode. It's almost every newbies first question about supps. Even when people read endless reports of why is a waste of money they STILL fork out major money to buy it.
