View Full Version : Water VS Milk

Hi guys, well im on bulking right now, i have a low body fat and im 155 pounds. I want to gain some pounds and I have a good diet. I know drinking water is really important but should I spend my drink on Milk since or should I keep drink a lot of water?

I know I need both but I cannot drink 4 L of water and 4L of milk by day + my protein shake and my creatine with all the foods I eat.

Well why not combine the milk or water with the shakes.

Then drink water/milk the rest of the day. There's no reason to drink 4L of milk and 4L of water.

Consider milk as part of your daily water intake because it is mostly water and doesn't make you more thirsty.

4L of water? That's a lot. Just drink a lot of water and some milk as well.

Do the macros of the milk breakdown into your diet? If so, then drink the milk.

You don't have to drink alot of milk. Just have a glass with one of your meals or more if you want. You could also make your protein drink with milk.

i drink 4L of water easily, especially on creatine.

Milk... a liter is good.

4L water + 1L milk
