1000+ cals in this quick and easy meal

1 cup strawberries
1 cup whole milk
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp flax oil
3 icecubes (add as many as you want, its just to make it cold)
2 scoops whey protein(use what is recomended on your tub)

and 1/3 cup of peanuts! (dont mix these in with the shake.)

totals- 979cals(w/o peanuts) 1289cals(w/peanuts),

you can also add in an extra banana to make it a bit more thicker

its well over 1000 calories. takes 2 minutes to make and is about 1L so its best to have it when you have about 5-10 minutes to chill so you dont have to down it all in one gulp. the peanuts alone have 310 calories so you can use a full cup and get up to close to 2000 calories.

I've heard some bad things about flax-seed oil and prostate health.

EDIT: Apart from that the shake looks good.

I just had myself a shake, 1680 calories. Tasted pretty good, and my stomach isnt rejecting it yet...

6 tbs peanut butter
5 tbs walnut oil (tastes pretty good)
4 scoops protein powder (80 g protein)
4 tbs cream

I think that was it... over 120 g protein and it wasnt too much liquid.

you can add oatmeal in it as well, just make sure you blend it well or you'll choke lol
