hey guys looking for adice on this,am cutting currently 11 stone 12, 6ft, just looking to get a bit more definition, especially around the abs before going on a lean bulk, any advice much appreciated especially on where best to put my omega 3 intake and how much, thanks Neil

7 am 50g Whey
50g Oats

9am 100g Rice
1 Tin Tuna
Weetabix x2

12pm 50g Whey
x4 weetabix

3pm 250g Quark
x3 Weetbix

6pm 9 Egg whites
various vegys
x2 Weetabix

9/9:30pm 50g Whey
200ml Skimmed Milk


I Have worked it out as being

Protein 254.25
Carbs 230.05
Fat 30.9
Cals 2089.5

Altho i could be wrong lol.

Did you measure your weight in stone? Why?

Your fat is very low and I would say the carbs are a little high.

The rumor on the street is that when cutting, follow these steps:

1) Eat at least 1 g protein per lbm, .5 fat per lbm. (This means you may have to cut out some carbs if your macros add up to more calories than you want to cut on).
2) Lift HEAVY

Take a look at Built's signature for any other info. I am cutting on those basic rules at the moment and have been pretty successful.
