I made a promise and made sure to keep it! haha this was unbelievable, i was really sick afterwards with a headache, shaking, couldnt walk, and just felt owned. i might of miscounted the reps but im almost positive its 50, cant believe i did this since ive trained 3 days in a row, i need a day off, it will be hard, haha.

May I say, holy ****. 50 reps at 225 thats impressive. I am going to do that soon and my goal by march is at least 12. BUt good god dude thats impressive to say the least.

duff not sure when im working 405 and up i try to go a bit deeper then in that video, as low as i can go, and last workout i did an easy 405 x 5, i have good leg endurence

I agree, an impressive feat of strength, but you are not upright at the end of each rep. Lots of folks fall into this trap when doing high reps, NFL combines, bench comps for reps etc. A few months ago, I had a contest at the gym where someone did 225 x 20, non locked out reps, thought he was the man, until I did 225 x 26 full lock out paused at the top reps. That last bit of ROM is often the easiest, but its effects compound, leading to a decrease in the total amount of reps done. Great Lifting for such a youngin', just my $.02.

jesus dude! Insanely impressive! Well done! Me gonna have a workout tomoz (got some free time). So I can attempt my 225 squats. After weeks and weeks of no training I seriousley doubt I can even do it 5 times.

Once again man. Excellent work! 50 reps of 225 is superb! Now just match 225 x 50 on bench and deadlift and then you will truley be a monster.

Congrats on the 545 dead by the way!
