Maybe you shouyld have asked these questions before you bought. And maybe you should have directed said questions to the company that makes the product.

And that's a lot of money for 30 servings. But if you want to buy creatine + a million ingredients that aren't necessary then go right ahead.

What the hell is green bulge?

I thought you were posting in the wrong thread. I was gonna say this should be in General Health. :p

EDIT: Nevermind, just read scarz's post.

I've never taken it but here's my $0.02

1. You could, but it'll probably be easier to digest with food
2. Swallow it
3. At least 1 gallon
4. You should take it everyday like the instructions say
5. I'm not sure, that's a good question to ask the manufacturer
6. There are much less expensive creatine products available

5. any known side effects?
6. is there anything else about it that i should kno?1. The instructions say to take 5 tablets 45-60 minutes before working out. I would take this with food or a shake or something. It also says to take 7 tablets if you weigh over 250 pounds.
2. You swallow it.
3. Aim for a gallon of fluids every day.
4. It's creatine so take it on lifting and non-lifting days.
5. Not that I'm aware of but there isn't much research on CEE. The other ingredients don't look to be too harmful, but this whole esterifying of every ingredient known to man is getting a bit silly.
6. It's a waste of money. You only get 30 servings. You can get over a year supply of creatine monohydrate for the same price you bought this stuff for. And you could also save a lot of money by buying the other ingredients separately and just mixing them yourself. I'd recommend not buying this stuff again, but that's me. But if you like it, then by all means keep taking it.

Froogle is more for finding the best price of a product than anything else.

just get some creatine mono and eat a baked potato postworkout; or you could just send me all the $$$ you spend instead of throwing them away
