This is my fitday. I got in my protein ammount and lotsa carbs, fat..I'm young and I play volleyball so I think I can burn that off. Should I be getting more calories in?

Edit:
I'm 16, I weight 141 Pounds I'm 5'10".

I'm doing the Westside routine for skinny bastards.

We're the same build. Im 5'11 and a half, and 145 before I take a dump. I'll be 16 in february. It kinda sucks to be as skinny as us. When I do upperbody lifts, I never put anything on. And when I try to put on weight, I can't do that either.

In order to gain weight and get bigger you have to EAT ALOT! Not sure if I am reading the fitday correctly but if I am, you consumed 1362 calories (very low) and your burned 2072. If you do the math you will realize you are actually burning more calories than you've eaten. Try aiming for 3200 calories (gradually, not all of a sudden.) If you must burn soo many calories, you will have to up your caloric intake even higher to make any progress. Oh and IMO carbs and fats seem a bit too high. Curious how you've even eaten that much with such little calories?
