Week in review: Well my week was ok. As far as small increase in the gym, really could have been better. I found a date for the competition APRIL 5th in bloomington, so I better get my ass in gear..also I found a few comps to visit in october and novenmber. I may take this chick whom i met as a friend of a friend...I dont know why but I've spent hours and hours with her, yet I cant really remember what she looks like or talks like....I also havent seen her in 6 months..shes a good girl, just not for me I guess....
I think Ive been getting anxiety attacks or something lately because when i get real stress I'll have trouble breathing and can take full breaths, I dont know where this started from. So far not serious.
Got a big test monday that could change my entire life, if I pass...wish me luck...its non-medical BTW.
I also have been notining last few weeks people at the gym suddenly want to talk to me and ask me about trainign, which is fine I guess...a little weird though.
Theres a girl at my work thats a hottie...of course me being the pussy i am I cant talk to her, yet i talk to others like nothin.....****.
Im tired as ****, what a crappy sleeping week, damn...I fell asleep on the couch for 20 mins and I woke up and forgot whaer i was for a minute, it felt like it was 3 days later.
I would dearly love to make a movie...I have been thinking about it alot..A docutmentary at first...I have a **** video camera, and acces to editing software and etc, free use 24/7..I would love to make it on my road to the competition in april...I would start in november, and fallow myself through training, diet, supps, and **** dealing with everyone in my family and friends...Kind of like pumping iron, but not..I dont know in a few years...Maybe like 15 minutes???
Thank god for WBB or else I would have no lifting friends and aquantences in the world...I get "Is this additude cause by the diet or what?" No fuckface its cause you piss me off.
I really really want to move back east..I just cant stand mn anymore, damnit.

yeah, and my legs size wise...I got this shitty gap in my chest that get ecentutaed when im fat, but i hope when im at 5% and pumped it shouldnt be noticable...my arms pump up nicely easily 1-1.5, my shoulders are relativly strong and i have good traps....Im ******* built like a cossack, and turk...I lucked out with the best genes in my family more or less, thats and just hard work.

Random Insanity:What a bust few weeks! Lots of working, which is good because I paid my insurence and bought a new sound system for my Jepp which set me back a pretty penny. It seems that quite a few people owe me money also, so I will have to break legs and crack skulls soon...Im torn between buying a new exhaust system, or buying another truck...maybe a jeep wrangler or a dodge ram or chevy? short bed and extended cab, just a rebuildable-something Ive been wanting to do forever. I dont know, I also want a stingray or a goat....**** the truck would be cheaper and more fun right now..they just opened a new off-raoding place somehwere around i want to check it out. My goal is a new trcuk if i do buy it by december.
So I will be starting my pre-cut-cut in November....it seems with my fatness i will need more time.. I also learned i will be going to vegas in december so that will be just sober partying and lots of pics for you guys of my adventures...who knows i may pick up a hooker or two.....I will also start tanning in december for this because i caneasily cut to 10-12% rather quickly then its much harder to go down from there...I weigh 186-187 right now.

Chset day today. Very nice. I put up 135lbs for the first time! It was awesome! Then I was so pleased with that that I went right to the machine presses, then did a few MAD sets of dumbell kickbacks. DAMN what a pump! I dont think my triceps have ever been this blasted!
