Hi All
I am a type 1 Diabetic on a Insulin Pump and have been diabetic for 17 years. I have just recently gotten back into training after a 3 year break and I looking for some advice.
I want to gain approx 7 kg to become 82 kgs but I am unsure of taking protein powder due to Kidney strain. Does anyone have any suggestions for 150 grams of natural protein a day?
Do other diabetics find weight gain hard?
What is a recommended high protein low carb snack pre workout?
