Noob here, so be gentle.
I've been tracking my calories on fitday for a month now.
On average, 4,000 cal. No supplements.
Roughly average 210g fat, 210g carb, 175g protein.
I'm 5'11, 175lbs looking to hit 200+ lbs.
Gave up trying to formulate a decent routine and started wannbebig routine 1 yesterday.
I read eat 1g protein per lb lbm. Looks like my diet puts me in that range.
The stats above are my maintenance calories. I'm thinking I need to be in the 5000 range to grow.
The one question is, should I supplement with protein?
Por favor, give me some guidance too as I suspect the fat intake is high. I'm still learning though.
