Ok just going through some figures and started a new topic as the old one went a little off topic.

Age:21
Height=183cm/6ft

Starting Weight= 112kgs/246lbs
Starting BF=38%

Current weight: 96kgs/211lbs
Current BF=23%

Goal weight=90kgs/198lbs
Goal BF= 15-17%

20th March 2006:
Chest:
Incline Presses: 30kgs/ 65lbs x12
Flat Presses: 40kgs/ 85lbs x 10

Bis:
Standing Curls: 12.5kgs/ 25lbs x14
Preacher Curls: 14kgs/ 30lbs x16

Tri:
Tricep pushdowns: 15kgs/ 33lbs x10
Rope Pushdowns: 22kgs/ 48.5lbsx12
Overhead Rope Ext: 18kgs/ 39lbs x16

Legs:
Squats: 63kgs/ 140lbs x16
Leg Ext: 77kgs/ 170lbs x12
Leg Curls: 31kgs/ 70lbs x14
Stiff leg dead lifts: 15kgs/ 35lbs x 16

Back:
Bent over rows: 31kgs/ 70lbs x14
Lat Pulldowns: 50kgs/ 110lbs x14

Shoulders:
Seated Should Press: 13kgs/ 30lbs x16
Lat Raises: 18kgs/ 40lbs x12
Incline Lat Raises: 9kgs/ 20lbs x14


See I was weak as hell.


Will update this with some new figures shortly

But to give you some idea, my Flat presses are up at 110kgs/ 242lbs from 40kgs/ 85lbs. I was doing straight leg dead lifts @ 15kgs/ 35lbs now doing dead lifts @ 117kgs/ 260lbs.



Edit: Ok, took some photos last night. Dont have any from when I started but this is where Im up to. Dont mind the hair....that will be getting waxed again shortly

Legs are up. They havent been trained in about 3 months as I disclocated my knee and havent been motivated to train them again.

Rear delts and legs need to come up, body fat needs to go down. No chest pics? Solid as hell otherwise!
