Ok I have some BCAA 4500mg's and a serving size is 6 pills and you are supposed to take 6 pills 3 times a day. On training days it says take 6 pills before, during, and after your workout, and 6 before bed.

First off, is that saying take 6 before workout, 6 during, and 6 after... or just split up the 6 and take like 2 before, 2 during, and 2 after, and then 6 before bed?

Second off, if I am taking NO-XPLODE before workouts and creatine after, when should I take the BCAA's? Won't they interfere with the no-xplode or creatine? Because I know you are supposed to take those 2 things on an empty stomach.

BCAAs, if they're lacking in your diet (unlikely), should be taken around workouts... I'd take them as suggested, it's not enough food bulk to interfere with the absorption of the other stuff you're taking.

Don't worry, these supplements are hard to mess up. You're essentially taking caffeine and creatine, both of which are absorbed just fine by the body regardless of how much protein (i.e. BCAAs... usually they're dipeptides or larger) you happen to be eating.

Hang on.. EACH pill is 4500mg? They must be absolutely massive.

Are you sure that it is not 6 pills = 4500mg?

ha yea 6 pills is 4500 mg, thats what I was trying to say. "Serving size is 6 Pills"

So Take 6 BCAA's sometime before workout, 6 during, 6 after with my protein shake, and 6 before bed?
