The most obvious of gynecomastia symptoms is the enlargement of the male breast tissue. Accordingly, gynecomastia is defined as visible or palpable breast tissue development in boys or men. There are four types of gynecomastia, for which the gynecomastia symptoms may be a bit different.

Gynecomastia symptoms commonly occur at puberty and can effect up to sixty percent of pubertal boys. Breast enlargement occurring during puberty is characterized by the gynecomastia symptoms of tender discoid (disk-like) enlargement of the glandular breast tissue beneath the areola. This area of enlargement is commonly one to five centimeters in diameter. Gynecomastia symptoms that occur during puberty usually spontaneously resolve within a year or two.

It most definitely looks like he has gyno... look at how incredibly puffy his nips are.

85Mario85: Since you're only 14, you might grow out of it. The only thing you could do about it right now is drop bodyfat.

I hope he didn't. :)

It's a fairly common side-effect of going through puberty.

nah you don't i had the same thing with my nipples around your age, mine are gone now. If you really think you got it, look at the real condition and pics of it on google or something.

God, he's only 14. Don't worry. You'll grow out of it.

It might be gyno or it might be because of your high body fat. Without a physical exam it's impossible to tell from a photo. When you drop your body fat, hopefully it will go away. Either that or when you finish puberty it will hopefully disappear.

At 14 years old, the last thing you should be worried about is how big your biceps are :D

Work on them for sure, but don't start getting too concerned about it, just eat and lift and sleep. Start looking more into it in 2-3 years!

My arms were tiny when I was 14...eventually I started lifting, I never looked into how big I was getting, because in my eyes I knew I had a looong painful haunted road a head of me...I just enjoyed the ride til' round 2 started if you know what I mean. I'm 20 now and nearing 18" er's I think, haven't checked in a bit, but something damn close.
