And protein shakes are out. They upset my stomach pretty badly. Nuts are good but have too much fat for my liking, I won't be able to eat them as much on a cut.

those starkist flavor pouch tunas are pretty convenient. but make sure you carry around gum/breath mints if you do that.

Ew @ tuna.Nobody is forcing you to eat it. I personally love tuna. Many people find it gross though...and fish in general.

But tuna is a great low cal, high protein snack.

I hear where you're coming from, i'm not to big on anything from a powder form.

Personally, I am really liking cottage cheese as there is a ton of protien in a serving. Just make sure you get a good brand though, baxter is good, and fruit such as strawberries makes it even better.

By the way if you do try it go with at least a 2% fat or it won't have the same taste.

Edit: I just noticed the part about between classes, so this may not help you to much unless you have somewhere to keep it cool.

So you are looking for something quick, low cal, lots of protein, isnt a powder, and that you can eat between classes? Dman. I guess your only bet is a bar, since you say "ew" to tuna. Its hard to find something low cal/high pro, that is ready to eat, and that tastes like moms cooking. So either suck it up and eat tuna straight up, or go to your local food store and find a bar that fits what you are looking for as far as cals and pro.

canned chicken from cotsco! just drain it and put it in a ziploc bag before school. or if you dont want to eat out of a bag w/ a fork, maybe just make it into a wrap with a whole wheat tortilla

have you tried Nitrean brand? there is good protein, and there is bad protein. unless you're lactose intolerant, or used a brand that had an artificial sweetner that didn't agree with you, a quality protein powder shouldn't upset your stomach.

my favorites are boiled eggs, tuna, and cottege cheese for high protien and moderatly low cal (3 boiled eggs are around 300 cal)

Low cal, high protein, quick, easy, can carry with you? Duh... beef jerky. Go to walmart, you can get a pound of jack links for $8.

I haven't tried Nitrean. I've tried Muscle Milk and one other brand that I can't think of right now.. both upset my stomach, in both milk and water.

And beef jerky has SO much salt.
