I am rededicating myself as of yesterday. I have been working out for almost 2 years now, but I would say for the last 6 months or so I was just "going" to the gym. It wasn't like I wasn't busting my butt when I got there, but more a lack of an overall focus or direction. Anyways it's time to change. I have been doing some research of late and now it's time to apply myself, just as I did when I first started working out. Anyways , here some "now" pics , hopefully in a couple of months I will have some better "after" pics.

I just looked at your first pics a year ago for comparison. Despite not pushing yourself, you've made impressive gains at bulking. It's clear you've got good genetics and once you go all-out, you'll be a monster.

pics lookin good man whats your stats as of now and goals??

Stats: Well I just did my bench press 2x6 @ 185. That should be a lot higher , 1 of my wrists is jacked up from hockey. Any excercise where I have to bend my wrist back hurts, so I took a little weight off. I haven't maxed in a while but it should be in the range of 215-225lbs. I don't have any squat or deadlift #'s to speak of, never really have done them. Today in fact I tried to get my form correct for the deadlift and did 8 reps of 150 quite easily, so I am not sure what to set as goal, maybe 250 for now? Squats I normally do with dumbells and not a
barbell, today I did 2x6 with 90's. Again not sure how this translates to a max when using a barbell.

My ultimate goal is to be somewhere in upper 180's to mid 190's with much less body fat then I am carrying right now.

Thanks, I saw the funny face earlier and was puzzled as to it's meaning.

Yeah, if you read any of my previous posts I went on crazy cut, got down to 150 from 165ish. I wanted to be ripped more than anything so that's what I set out to do. Well I got there, but with one caveat , I had no muscle mass and looked malnurished. It finally hit home when I saw a picture of myself. From there I decided to try and bulk up, within 10 months I was probably back up to 175. I haven't been able to crack 180, but I think that has more to do with my caloric intake and macro breakdown. I really am keeping track of everything diet wise, and am posting those daily #'s on my online journal here. I mean I pushed myself but didn't do any prep work or research, just always did what I had done, which is a bad way to go. Anyways, I will be updating this thread with new pictures in the upcoming weeks and months, thanks for looking everybody.

Some updates to pics after about 3 weeks on WBB1. I think my back looks a little bigger , maybe my imagination, however my biceps seem to do nothing :swear: . Anyways , comments are welcome.

Looking great from the back. Bodyfat is still fairly low and you have a good frame. Great job on the clean bulk so far

Thanks Gabrielle. I think that is probably my best feature now , maybe shoulders are equal. I just wish my chest and biceps would follow suit. My chest has some decent mass on the outside , but on the inside chest I just can't seem to add anything. Very frustrating.

LOVE the aqua tean avatar... LOL... I love that dude..

Anyway, looking pretty good... Ironically, you are the closest person on this site to my build, weight and height. I am the same height, nearly the same weight and about the same body fat. However, I do wonder if you think you have gained significant muscle from when you were ~150... I am still cutting and I planned on dropping down about 10 - 15 more pounds in hopes of hitting single digit body fat. But I dunno...

Anyway, just wanted to say you are looking pretty good and very cool for staying in the game.

Edit ROFL - Dude, I just noticed that you were the guy who posted those killer abs in that thread a few weeks ago... Anyway, I thought your handle was familiar. Yes, I remember now... You were really thin then, but you have awesome abs! So, that was when you were 150~? Then it seems you have had some really great gains! 26 pounds later are you have not added that much more fat. Awesome job.

Thanks Arch, I look fuller for sure, but I just don't know. I feel like I at least am getting stronger , that equates to muscle mass , correct? I know I have put on some fat as well , more than what i would like , but when I cut hopefully that will go away. I also tried the cutting 10-15lbs , but I went out of control , did not really have a plan, exept to eat less , and the result was a loss of a great deal of muscle , so be careful.

Yeah, now that I am getting lower in weight I have been getting a wee bit worried. Right now my muscle mass is still fine and I'd happy if I just got rid of the extra fat around loves handles and a small portion around lower chest. I am thinking about going UD2.0 The diet is brutal, but it sounds like it might help me maintain my weight while I lose some fat.

I started thinking more about this , and so have started Builts guide to cutting. We shall see how it goes.

Good back... but need improvements in your arms. I didnt see a photo of ur legs in full body, so its hard to say if its proportional to the rest, but its looking good too.

Just a complement... I really envy your forearms...

You look like you have the potential to be very strong. You have an excellent base to start with so you're going to look great if you keep at it.

Sorry , legs are okay , I just didn't feel like doing a picture. Calves are hard for me to develope , they just don't seem to repond , however my upper legs have been responding well. The mass in the upper legs isn't quite there , but they are rock hard. I just need to eat more.

Unfortunately I agree with arm assessment , at least my biceps. I can't get them to do anything. I used to unknowingly overwork them, so i thought that was the problem. About a month ago i started the WBB1 , figuring the rest and not killing my bi's would do them some good , but I really haven't seen it.
I mean I have tried everything, heavy weight using a little momentum , lighter weight and a real concentration on form , neither seems to work, I am at a loss. On the brightside I do like my tri's I have real good definition. Thanks for the forearm compliment.

The calves are a problem even for bodybuilders, so u should not worry too much with them.

Thanks for compliment. Well , the lack of hair is more a product of a razor than genetics
