View Full Version : What should I eat?

I am working on upping my protein intake as I have just given up soft drinks besides diet caffeine free coca cola :D But I often get tired after a workout or after work etc .. What would be a good lunch/dinner/snack?

I find it hard to eat in the morning so I'll usually have a protein drink (1 scoop of choc whey + low fat milk + tbsp natural peanut butter) and maybe a banana. I'm not trying to bulk, just trying to minimize my body fat percentage. Thanks guys!

What does your current workout routine look like? (days you go, exercises [sets/reps for each]) Diet is the key to success, whether gaining or losing weight. Are you happy with your current build, or do you feel you can add more lean body mass before cutting down your body fat percentage? What exactly are your goals?
