I am working on upping my protein intake as I have just given up soft drinks besides diet caffeine free coca cola :D But I often get tired after a workout or after work etc .. What would be a good lunch/dinner/snack?
I find it hard to eat in the morning so I'll usually have a protein drink (1 scoop of choc whey + low fat milk + tbsp natural peanut butter) and maybe a banana. I'm not trying to bulk, just trying to minimize my body fat percentage. Thanks guys!
