So I have a big problem i've been lifting for about a year and a half, but I also wrestle and so i have to cut weight and i dont know how to do it without crash dieting and losing all my strength. anybody have any tips?

What i had to do was pick one of the other. I did mma and was over working myself and by the time it came to lift weights, i was exhausted and overtraining..Have an off season and then lift heavy, then when your season starts go easy and worry about wresting...

Best tip for cutting weight w/o sacrificing muscle is all about diet

keep your protein levels very high while trying to cut and not lose muscle( meaning get most of your calories from protien) but you will need carbs for energy so on days you compete make sure you get some carbs
