Some are gels and Omega 3 is liquid. Any of these would be good.

Thats expensive, I get 50 fish oils for 2$

I get major heartburn with the fishoil. Is there anything out there that might help ease that? I'd like to take it but damn I got really sick when i took em.

The ones from San seem to be really impressive. 3 of those a day are better than the 6 GNC's I am currently taking.
