Is it bad for me to eat Eggs every day to get my fat requirement? I am worried about the colesterol aspect. A friend stopped eating yolks recently and his bad colesterol dropped by some crazy number. Thoughts?

As far as I've ever heard, you only need to worry about cholesterol if you have an existing problem. Get it check by your doctor and then consider changing your eating habits.

Dietary cholesterol has little to no affect on healthy/active individuals.

How many eggs per day are you eating?

3-4 Whole Eggs. I am trying to eat clean as much as possible, in order to drop BF. I keep getting told I do not eat enough, and that I do not eat enough fat, so I have been eating another meal a day which makes like 7 and its 3 eggs and two pieces of wheat toast.

Do you have cholesterol problems? If not, it's okay. If yes, talk to your doc.

Umm I think cooking with flax oil is a bad idea.....it has a low smoke point.

haha 3-4 eggs is nothing to worry about... Awhile back I used to eat an average of 8 a day (4 for breakfast, 4 for dinner), and I'm still alive

It's thepoint where the oil starts to burn and tastes funny. When it starts smoking, it means it is very close to igniting.

Here's the wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smoke_point

It says flax oil has a smoke point of 225 F. I'm not sure where that would be on your stove top (low, med, high), but I think it is pretty low.
