Hey now, what did shrooms ever do to you?

But yeah that video was weird. I think they were just using small people in those outfits but using fake dog heads. Someone on that page, in the comments section, was trying to say they probably used green-screen but I didn't see the dog's heads change expressions at all so it must be a fixed fake head on the top of the costume.

Anyway, you can always count on Asian people to come up with weird stuff like this. I guess/hope it's only because they have so many people that even the strange one's have an audience.

China has a lot of people, this is Japan. Japan is very very different from China. The weird things you speak of come from an island of about 128 million people (as compared to China's 1.3+ billion). Although Japan is densely populated for its size, most of the Chinese republics are even worse.

My only real theory is that the Japanese culture is notoriously strict in many ways, which is why it is in the top 10 for suicide. As a reaction to this, the people may find outlets in having a great deal of polarity when it comes to things like sex and games, when compared to work/school related items.
