How are you suppose to take creatine (pill form)..on an empty stomach or with your meal?? Me and my friend are having a debate, i take my creatine (green bulge) like 45 mintues before my work out(like im suppose to) with my meal..he does it on an empty stomach, and saying taking it on a full stomach dulls the effects..who is right?

Working out on an empty stomach is silly and for this very reason, I think your friend needs to educate himself. There is no debate. Keep doing what you're doing. What are your pre-workout meals like?

It has arginine ethyl ester. Typically products containing forms of arginine, etc are recommended to be taken on an empty stomach.
For products like No-xplode, an empty stomach is almost essential to get any real physical benefit. (kind of like taking a caffeine pill with a meal would almost be pointless, if you want to feel anything from it)
(I am not saying green bulge has to be taken on an empty stomach)

Why? I would pass out and smash my face into the barbells. =\ Whatever floats your boat. And my idea of "on an empty stomach" is sleeping all night, waking up, skipping breakfast and then going to go workout. What are you referring to?

If I eat a solid meal at 3pm, and a dextrose/whey shake at 6pm, and workout at 7/7:30pm, my stomach is going to be pretty empty. Alot of people follow this same timing/routine.
Major difference between having a relatively empty stomach, and having empty intestines.
(of course amounts and types of foods will be the main determinant)
As far as personal reasons for spacing things out, I won't feel **** from my stimulants if I have a heavy meal close to the time I take them.
(plus since I am doing UD2, the above shake rotuine doesn't even apply and my stomach is relatively empty all the time. Anyone else doing UD2 can attest to that. Thankfully ephedrine is a appetite suppressant)
