Does anyone use the bike on their off days to do cardio? Just wondering how effective it is...I walk on an incline most morning, but thinking about a good 30 minute pm session.......curious if people use the recumberant or upright and what works for them? Moderate? Slow? HIIT?

When I was cutting last year, I used a recumbant, switching between HIIT and steady state. Worked out just fine. The best part was that I was able to play Halo2 while doing my cardio work. It really made the time fly.......

LOL, let me tell you, if you can enjoy music, play video games or watch TV while you workout, you aint working hard enough... Unless, of course, it is a active recovery day.
