I was talking to my school weight room supervisor today. Hes a certified nutritionist/personal trainer. I asked him how much protein you should intake a day, and he said about 1.5 times your weight in kg. Being 195 lbs, that takes me to have to eat about 133 grams of protein. He said the rest will not be used/ turned to fat. I found this contrary to everything ive ever read here, and am not sure who to believe. anyone wanna clarify???

He said the rest will not be used/ turned to fat.No it won't. Excess calories over an extended period of time will make you fat, no matter if it comes from carbs, protein, or fat. If you eat more than 1.5 times your weight in kg, if you eat more than this, it's not going to magically turn into fat. It's contrary to what you read because the Nutritionist didn't pay attention in school.
