Could you just me put back in track and give me just a few guide lines for a healthy diet.

I used to be in a low fat diet before whihc really worked for me.

I am very confused know and also lack motivation to go back and train.

I've got my current diet posted in my journal.

Just try to eat every 2 - 3 hours. Probably best thing to do is figure out how many calories you want to intake per day and how many meals you are wanting to eat per day.

Than, that'll give you an idea of what you need to eat each meal to get to your daily goals. Research a little and figure out the nutritional value of the foods you eat and there you go. Easy enough!

Best bet is to do some research and find out whats good and whats not. We could tell you what to eat, but you really need to know why. Peoples journels are best. Good Luck.

When you come up with your own diet post it and people will comment.
