when it comes to the amount your body can absorb regarding creatine monohydrate compared to like cell mass, is there that big of a difference. i have heard that the monohydrate is only like 12% absorbent even when taken with, for instance juice, supplying your body with sugar to deliver the creatine. Compared to no explode which states it is around 70% absorbent.

I'm pretty sure ythat NO Xplode doesn't contain anything but sugar and creatine. If juice and creatine isn't effective, then neither is NO Xplode

NINJA EDIT: It has a stimulant in it, but that shouldn't affect the uptake of the creatine.

the trick is to find SCIENTIFIC research that shows the absorption is better/worse than plain monohydrate. All the marketing text says it is, but that doesn't mean it IS better. supplements aren't regulated very strictly.

creatine that is not shuttled into muscles will be urinated out. The small amount that is not intestinally absorbed will be pooped out

You're right, but they are playing semantics. No-explode contains maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is a disaccaharide. In terms of the way that it is processed by the body, the difference between maltodextrin and glucose is trivial.
