Ok, so I finally got some decent pictures taken. Apparently the best lighting in my house is in the bathroom. Unfortunately I couldn't find some good lighting to take a picture of my legs in, so it's pretty shadowy.
My stats:
Stats: 5'8", 154 lbs (Empty)
Bench: 170
Squat: 270
Deadlift: 300
Total: 740
and here's my story:
I started training for serious last january at about 135 lbs. I got up to about 145 by May, but I never relaised the importance of diet. I worked at a day camp all summer and I couldn't get enough calories in to maintain and I was to tired to hit the gym regularly. So when september came around, I weighed in at about 138 lbs and started again, but with a better diet. Since september, I've gained 16 lbs and this is what I look like now. My main goal is to get strong, but I'm also trying to get bigger. I don't know if I'm going to cut for the summer (I wouldn't mind being shredded ;)) or continue to bulk. I depends on how much weight I gain by then. I don't think I'll cut if I'm under 160.
I have an ok before pic which I'll upload later when I can find it.
