1) I find it easier to make scrambled egg whites (remove the yolk from the frying pan once I break the egg). Is there any difference between eating your egg whites scrambled or hard-boiled?
2) I'm currently 6', 180lbs. and about 10% BF my diet pretty closely resembles this - will I gain on this?:
when I get up (varies): 6 egg whites, 1 yolk scrambled, Bowl of Kelloggs Special K with Skim Milk, 1 Banana, 1 Multivitamin, 8 oz. Orange Juice
2 1/2 hours later: 2 scoops N-Large2 w/ 2g L-Glutamine
2 hours later: Lunch... 2 chicken sandwiches or a foot long subway turkey sandwich
Pre-workout: 2 scoops N-Large2 w/ 5g L-Glutamine
Post-workout: 2 scoops Whey Isolate w/ 8g Creatine
1 hour later: 2 chicken breasts w/ mixed vegetables, multivitamin, 16 oz. Milk
2 hours later: 2 scoops N-Large2 w/ 2g L-Glutamine
