Well.
I just weighed myself at 177.5 lbs. I smashed my plateau.
I'm retaining a lot of water because of glutamine.
I'm at 5 ft 10 1/2 inches.
I'm not looking to be like Ronnie Coleman.
I am looking to be more like Mr. Pitt or any fitness models.
I can't stand this bulking phase because I feel as if I am getting fatter. I'm at around 15% bodyfat.
If I cut down to 165, what body % fat am I looking at?
I should be more vascular and lean at that weight.
I don't think I ever want to be big again.
