Well.

I just weighed myself at 177.5 lbs. I smashed my plateau.
I'm retaining a lot of water because of glutamine.
I'm at 5 ft 10 1/2 inches.

I'm not looking to be like Ronnie Coleman.
I am looking to be more like Mr. Pitt or any fitness models.
I can't stand this bulking phase because I feel as if I am getting fatter. I'm at around 15% bodyfat.

If I cut down to 165, what body % fat am I looking at?
I should be more vascular and lean at that weight.
I don't think I ever want to be big again.

Don't go by body weight, too many factors come into play. It is possible to stay the same weight or even gain weight and lose fat at the same time. Best thing to use is the mirror to measure your success.

So if you are cutting, you can also be the same weight?
Wouldn't that mean you are eating less calories than you would
when beefing? Wouldn't growth stall out because of that?
I don't see how muscle can grow that way.

I've been cutting for 3 weeks now, my muscle size is getting bigger, my strength is increasing, my body fat is dropping, and my weight will fluctuate between 172-175. But like I said, I go by the mirror not my weight. So from my experience it is possible to gain muscle and lose fat, but you need to work on a good diet first. Took me a while (like 2 months) playing around with a diet that allowed me to do this.
