Alright, start work tomorrow, get a half hour break in an 8 hour shift. How can I sneak more food breaks in? What foodsare good for sneaking into the toilet for example?

You may be able to eat a Detour Oat bar (480 cals, 30g protein) in about 5 minutes of you inhale it. That's what I have at work... but at my desk and I take my time.

Have you never heard of a protein shake?? I down thousand calorie shakes in less than 1 minute while on the clock.

I buy mine from the Vitamin Shoppe - they're 22.99 for 12 although often on sale for 19.99.

I make mine with like 6 scoops protein, 6 tbs natty pb, some heavy cream, 4 tbs olive oil, oats, and of course, milk... easy 1000 calories and like 200g protein.

I vote for liquid cals and those oatmeal bars.

That said don't sweat it too much. Eat a lot before, at lunch and after. The most important thing is that you hit your totals.

make those amazing protein bars and put them in your pockets and eat them in the bathroom if you have to. protein shakes, nuts, jerky, all of those i eat for quick snacks.

what do u do that makes u have to sneak food at work
i work as a cashier at a grocery store(im 16 and they are the only people that will hire, plus our store is practically run by kids my age)
anyways they dont care if we eat as long as its only like bars or something
one shift manager wont allow drinks but hes never up front so he doesnt know
so i would like to know what u do

jeez that sounds like your drinking something with the consistency of motor oil:p
200g of protein downed in a minute? sounds like a recipe for protein farts for hours on end. id split that up throughout the 8 hours.
