i take a vitamin E, which is 600% dv, a one a day, and a vitamin B complex, plus i eat alot. can this be contributing to my sickness, i feel so sick, but like, sick to my stomach, caughing, and feeling very cold. are these vits. and mins. messin up my body? of is it just a really bad cold?

Probably a virus. I used to take a certain brand of multi-vitamin that would give me the worst stomach ache for about an hour after I took it... (Meijer brand).
