happy holidays!
so, i took this picture of myself, and i wanted to see what all of you guys think. i am currently in the "bulking" phase of this thing, and wanting to cut down once i hit between 215-220.
what do you think? any tips and/or ideas? i need all the help i can get...

well...its hard for me to keep weight, and should i just continue till i reach my goal of 215-220lbs. when right now i'm currently at 208...
or
should i cut now...
i really don't know what to do when i have to cut down...so yah...
i appreciate the advice ya'll...

look in the mirro and decide, its when you get more fat then you can stand you cut... keep bulking.

Too hard to see anything at all, you need to get better pics. Those are pretty much worthless for any evaluation purposes.

Everyone has a different perspective bro on bodyfat percentages. It is very difficult to comment on your pictures due to the small size and relative blur. From what I can tell, you are muscular and tan.
