My current diet looks like this:

2500 calories
32% fat
47% carbs
21% protein

I'd like it to look more like:

2500 calories
25% fat
40% carbs
35% protein

My biggest problems for fat and carbs are during breakfast and snacks around and during lunch. Does anyone have any tips on some breakfast meals and snacks that are high in protein and relatively low on fat and carbs? Thanks.

egg whites for breakfast

beef yerky / almonds for snacks

theres tons more - just few off the top of my head

Are egg whites something I can just buy in a carton?

I like the beef jerky idea, although I think almonds have a lot more fat than I'm looking for.

Anyone else with other tips?

yes, you can buy eat whites in a carton.Eat your almonds it's all good healthy fats.
