Yes its me again with another video this time to see my progress as my cut starts january 1st. This bulk was extremely successful putting on REDICULOUS strength and 20+ lbs of muscle. Im pretty positive my bodyfat is around 20% but what do you guys think? no shots of my legs because i forgot and you guys know there big.

Measurments
48" chest
50+ shoulders
16" arm 16.5" pumped
13" forearm 13.25" pumped
36" waist at belly button 38" at hips
28" thiegh
17" calf
7.5" wrist
11" ankle

The ability and determination to cut seperates the boys from the ....powerlifters lol

Im looking at around the same loss, 20lbs, how long you looking at losing this in?

Adding any cardio or HIIT? Im just gonna keep rowing, eat less, and let it do the work.

Gonna be hard... I dont wanna cut, and if your anythin like me, your gonna hate every minute of it.

Cant wait to see you shredded!!!!

looking good stump, and i'm sure you'll be looking even that much better after a cut. 20% sounds about right. you know man, 220 on you doesn't really look that big. not saying you don't have good size, because obviously you do. it just looks like you have a hell of a lot of room to pack on more mass. you could probably be one of those 300lb pl'ing freaks. keep it up bro.

thanks everyone, i carry alot of mass and unwanted weight in my torso, legs stomach and stuff. RBB i probley could but i rather be in shape and somewhat more cut.

fuzzy i dont care how long it takes just less then 6 months, diet kettlebell training and heavy weights should do the trick.

Looking solid man. Great proportions. You'll look great if you cut down sub 10%. You got the mass, now its time to get ripped.

Good luck. Me you and sid are all cutting janurary so it'll be good to see how it goes for everyone. I'll be posting my pics sometime this week.

You have to agree i have weak arms for 135 x 12 power curls and 275 close grip benches lol

deadlift - 545
squat - 455+
row - 315 / 315+ englished
powershrugs - 600+
rack pull - 675
rack squat - 705
bb snatch - 110
push press - 245
strict press - 215

i must maintain these or get stronger, main consern is the deadlifts snatches and presses

Haha, your youtube videos are funny. You are going to be ripped like crazy if you do the cut as good as you bulk. I will take your advice and start doing pull ups in the gym for my lats. We don't have a T-bar row device though. We had one in college and I took it for granted. I will just have to do a lot more pulldowns and lever seated rows. Good luck!

You dont need anything other then an oly bar and possibly a dumbell to do T Bar's. I ghetto rig it up and it works fine.

His video is funny as **** lol, I laugh so hard when he shakes his gut.

I hear ya. I remember when I could run 3 miles without any problems....I used to do that over the summer before I started bulking. Havent really ran since. Now I get winded running a few feet lol.....o well. I'm getting back into shape over these next few months.

You are already big for your age. Your numbers are going to be sick at a lighter bodyweight and lower bodyfat. You have about 5 months till June 1st which is pretty much the start of summer. You have more than enough time to get in shape, bro.

SO rather than a 6 month gradual cut, shred it all in 2, and get bulking again!

But I don't understand the cut.. why? Why not just keep adding muscle and staying at 220?? I think if you cut that much you are going to lose a lot of muscle. Do you should get your BF% tested.. and compare.

Also realize that your 225x 49 reps doesn't count for the competition.. unless you do it at the weight you are at the end of March.. lol. I wanna see you keep that strength during the cut.. it's the hardest thing.

bear - i cant stand looking at myself really, im big and strong but little deffinition and not to mention my cardio is poor. i figure this, strict diet with alot of protien, heavy lifting, and the kettlebells should get me lean, extreme conditioned, and possible even gain some strength keeping reps 1-4.

we will see man, i would keep adding muscle but right now i just need to be leaner.

lol a comedian, my arms look even smaller on camera, im not a very funny guy people laugh at my normal talking more then my jokes.

Stump you're solid man. Not soft. Just cut up a little and everything will be ok. I can't wait till this summer.....if everything goes ok I'll look so much better then I ever have in my entire life..
